FIRST LINE LEADERSHIP

This three-day course will create and build upon the foundational leadership knowledge of attendees. Content within the presentations, scenarios, and class discussions will enhance participants' overall effectiveness and efficiency while providing them with a recipe to transition into a law enforcement leadership role successfully. The overarching themes of each training day include managing yourself, managing others, and continuous improvement.
